Caregiver Companions
A friend for the journey
Caregivers need care too.

Caregiver Companions is a unique, one-on-one, FREE support program for primary caregivers to a loved one with dementia.

Our goal is to connect caregivers to a dedicated companion who will provide a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on, words of wisdom and encouragement, and perhaps even share lessons learned during their own personal caregiving experiences.

We are currently accepting participants for the program's pilot!!
